Major Spoilers are included in this episode review. Please read with caution.

I’m a month late writing my review on Chilling Adventures of Sabrina’s Holiday Special episode, but hopefully, this will help y’all understand how this episode was more “bonus” than a “transition” to the second season, which will premiere in April. If you want to read my review on Part 1, the link is here.

The plot does not really move and the cliffhangers aren’t really addressed in major game changing ways… we gotta wait for season two to deal with that, but this episode does enlighten us on Sabrina’s mother, and the closure they get from their ghostly encounter. Zelda is dealing with the consequences of kidnapping a child, and Susie gets kidnapped by an evil Santa Demon.

I’m mostly trying to recall anything else that occurred, but nothing else sticks out except for Madam Satan scenes, which have major tie-ins for season two. But, Harvey and Sabrina remain broken up, and they do not spend much time together. Sabrina has chosen to distance herself from her friends to celebrate the Winter Solstice, the witches’s version of Christmas.

Overall, it was a fine episode, but it only worked to hype me up for season two to drop in April! Hail Satan, I need my witches’s fix!
